清朝末年，从不败诉的潮汕第一鬼才状师夏雨来一生都在行侠仗义，但因其“夏狐狸”式的行事作风，屡屡与理想成为大清首位女状师的女儿夏来碧产生矛盾。 彼时外国资本势力强势入侵潮汕商业市场，在一连串啼笑皆非的民间案件和商战后，夏家父女逐渐发现到外国势力背后的可怕阴谋。此时，女儿却被污蔑为杀人放火的凶手，父亲为此站上公堂以唇枪舌剑对抗奸商恶官。最后，父女同心，团结潮汕百姓，展开了“胶己人”与外敌的殊死对决…… 展开全部
